Haha this is the best one! I honestly don’t know how well Starbucks can expect to do when there are so many good coffee shops in Italy!
Starbucks will do well in big touristic cities (tourists love familiar brands) and among young Italians, since they consider “trendy and cool” everything that comes from the US. It’s called “Americanization of the Italian culture”.
Starbucks will have the same effect on Italian Coffee industry that McDonalds had on Italian Food Industry. Basically, none.
