Cooking Classes in Italy

#1

Often when I travel to different countries I like to take cooking classes to get a better understanding of the culture through their food (and of course enjoy a bunch of delicious stuff as well!)

Has anyone participated in any cooking classes in Italy that they’d recommend? I’d love to know where/what price range/what dishes you learned to cook.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

No, I haven’t taken any cookery classes in Italy, but I do like this idea. I look forward to any ideas or links people may post here. Such classes could be expensive and I was wondering if finding a host family who will teach cooking in exchange for a service like English conversation or babysitting might be an option.
